All medical and patient data entered by you remain your property. ProtonEMR only stores and processes this data as required to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership over your data.

4. Offline and Online Usage

The offline version of ProtonEMR stores all data locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backup and data protection in offline mode. The cloud version offers secure storage and access but requires internet connectivity.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your data.

6. Restrictions
  • You may not misuse the software, reverse-engineer it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or systems.
  • Sharing login credentials or breaching patient confidentiality is strictly prohibited.
7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these terms, compromised patient safety, or misused the platform.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms. Major changes will be communicated through the app or website.

ProtonEMR is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including data loss or network failure.
