• Basic usage data (such as pages visited and search terms) used to keep the directory fast and relevant.

How we use it

• To create and manage your patient account and appointment history.
• To confirm bookings with the doctor's chamber and send you appointment reminders.
• To improve search relevance, page performance and the overall directory experience.

How we protect it

Your data is stored on secured servers and access is limited to systems and staff that need it to provide the service — for example, confirming a booking with the relevant chamber. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your choices

You can review or update your account details at any time from My Profile, and you may request that your account and associated data be deleted by contacting us.
