Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with ProtonEMR. If for any reason you're not happy with your experience, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase – no questions asked.

Eligibility
  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Applies to both online and offline license purchases.
  • Valid only for first-time purchases (not renewals).
How to Request a Refund

Simply email our support team at hello@protonemr.com with your:

  • Order ID or purchase email
  • Approximate date of purchase

No explanation is required, but your feedback is always welcome!

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exceptions
  • Refunds are not applicable for customized enterprise solutions or team plans unless stated in the contract.
  • After 7 days, all sales are considered final.
