By creating a patient account or booking an appointment through ProtonEMR, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Using the directory

ProtonEMR lists doctors and chambers that have opted in to the public directory. Profile information, fees and availability are provided by each doctor's chamber and may change — always confirm details on the doctor's profile before you travel for a visit.

Bookings

• A booking reserves a slot with the selected chamber for the consultation type and time you choose.
• Consultation fees shown at the time of booking are set by the chamber and may be revised by them.
• Telemedicine (video) consultations require a stable internet connection and are subject to the doctor's availability.
• Cancellations or rescheduling should be done as early as possible so the slot can be offered to another patient.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your mobile number, password and account details accurate and secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Limitation of liability

ProtonEMR connects patients with doctors and chambers but does not itself provide medical advice or treatment. Diagnoses, treatment decisions and the conduct of consultations are the responsibility of the doctor and chamber you book with.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ProtonEMR after a change means you accept the revised terms. For questions, see Contact Us.
